Fredde spent 3 years in Lemhi County in the late 70's and returned in 1997 to make it her permanent home. During her 25 year career in the active sportswear industry traveling from coast to coast, she often thought of the Idaho mountains knowing someday she would return.
Not wanting to be idle, Fredde followed her family heritage in real estate. She purchased 35 acres with an expansive view of the Continental Divide and created a subdivision she calls Grandview Ranch. Soon after arriving in Idaho, she traveled to Boise for real estate school and easily passed her real estate exam. Fredde has been a licensed Realtor in the state of Idaho for 12 years and is planning to obtain her broker's license in the near future.
Fredde has taken a great interest in the growth of the town of Salmon. Her second year in town the mayor recruited her to serve on the first Urban Renewal Board of Directors. Also taking an interest in the positive growth of her own industry, Fredde served on the Board of Directors of the Board of Realtors for 8 years holding offices of VP, Secretary Treasurer and President for 3 1/2 years.
